Written by Chinonso Igwebuike Mbah 27th June 2023 He came from a region that claim to own every oil that is still sustaining the enclave known as Nigeria but yet one of the poorest region in Nigeria that walk's on bare foot in search of greener pastures in refuse dump, but under his foot flows the liquid gold piped into the belly of few greedy wicked men who has enslaved them for decades, the worst of it all is that the creek where he domicile are not favourable to the breath, which has left him with no other choice then swallow belly and leg's Can't imagine a bandit and embodiment of criminalities talking about criminality, people like Asari Dokubo should be behind bars, if only Nigeria have respect for rule of law, but he should be grateful to whatsoever he worship's that he found himself in a lawless enclave like Nigeria. Asari Dokubo is a renowned militant/anti- government stance and the founder of Niger Delta people's volunteer force, which has become one of the most prominent armed groups, kidnapping and vandalizing oil pipelines in Niger Delta Region, Asari Dokubo whose source of income is criminalities has countless times formed armed group's responsible for kidnapping and abduction of European oil workers in Niger Delta, and killings of Nigerian soldiers and innocent civilians around the creek. Asari Dokubo whose wealth is militancy, kidnapping of expatriates, thuggery and armed robbery is now having a university in Benin Republic, courtesy of his criminalities, and modern kidnapping and killings of innocent civilians in Imo state, Anambra and Niger Delta, every criminality happening in Niger Delta, Imo state and Anambra are offshoot of criminal activities of Asari Dokubo and others in the name of unknown gunmen and vigilant. Haven heard of the odi massacre and what led to it under Obasanjo administration, it was as a result of the criminal activities of Asari Dokubo armed groups and others, that led to the killing of innocent men, women and youths of that community by military men on the approval of Obasanjo, after Asari Dokubo and others killed a detachment of soldiers sent to secure pipelines and maintain peace in that community. With past record and criminal activities of Asari Dokubo which earn him the title of a militant leader, I think he doesn't deserve to be seen anywhere in government institutions left alone Aso Rock, in a well- mannered society he should be in jail for parading brandish weapon's against the sovereign state of Nigeria. A common criminal like Asari Dokubo shouldn't be talking about criminality, when he knew very well that his guilt of criminalities against the Nigeria state, a renowned criminal whose primary duty is to kill, kidnaped and destroy government properties is comparing himself with a man exercising his right to self- determination and you are telling me this creek toad is not trying to cover up his criminalities with the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, knowing fully well that the present administration has declared war on oil theft. Calling Mazi Nnamdi Kanu criminal is a slap on Nigeria judiciary, because no competent court of jurisdiction has ever convicted him of any criminalities, so I will advise the creek pig to read wide and ask questions concerning the judgement of High Court Abuja discharging and acquitting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and stop ranting on social media like unpaid militant seeking for contract. Concern Nigerians and humanity of good conscience should please ask the creek pig ezi ohia Asari Dokubo this very few questions. Many Niger delta boys died during his agitation for resource control? How many of their families have the compensate after receiving billions of dollars from Nigerian government? How many houses were burnt down by soldiers after him and his armed men attacked military personnel in the creeks, and how many houses have him rebuild for them? Did Yar'Adua administration ever granted to you or not? Concern Nigerians and humanity of good conscience should please trend video of Asari Dokubo parading brandish weapon's on all platforms, we must dig up and pursue vigorously every criminal activities of Asari Dokubo,we must make sure he faces the consequences of his actions and criminal act

Asari Dokubo A Breed Of Criminalities, Calling An Innocent Man Criminal

RE: Asari Dokubo’s call on President Tinubu not to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Written by Aloy Ejimakor 19th June, 2023 Press Statement The attention of the undersigned Counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been drawn to the widely published call by Alhaji Asari Ediabali Dokubo on President Ahmed Bola Tinubu not to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. In most of the publications, Dokubo was credibly quoted as saying that “His (Nnamdi Kanu’s) release would fuel impunity; during EndSars, Nnamdi Kanu was walking free. What did he do? He poured petrol on the flames of EndSars. Now, he has been caught. What of the people who have died? This is a criminal. He should face the law. Releasing Nnamdi Kanu is rewarding criminality and rewarding gruesome murder of innocent people. He should face the law for the actions and instigations he has carried out”. Our considered response to this highly inflammatory statement by Alhaji Dokubo is as follows: First, Dokubo’s statement is defamatory of the fine character, reputation and international standing of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; and it is also in clear contempt of the October 2022 judgment of the Federal High Court, Umuahia which had determined Nnamdi Kanu’s extraordinary rendition and detention to be unconstitutional and a brazen violation of his fundamental rights. Second, Dokubo should be aware that the matter of Nnamdi Kanu has triggered the international legal order, as there are two subsisting international tribunal decisions in his favor. Whilst one decision issued from the United Nations, the other issued from a continental human rights tribunal to which Nigeria is subject by treaty. Third, the EndSARS protest Dokubo blamed solely on Nnamdi Kanu was an amorphous mass movement of Nigerian youths that had no identifiable leaders and its grave fallouts led to the constitution of many commissions of inquiry, none of which indicted Nnamdi Kanu, either as a participant or a leader. Fourth, Dokubo should be well-advised that the conduct that led to Nnamdi Kanu’s extraordinary rendition, detention and trial is called ‘self determination’ which has been held by a competent Nigerian court - in the celebrated case of Sunday Igboho - to be legal and not criminal. Dokubo has, himself, once agitated for self determination by demanding the creation of Niger Delta Republic, which led to his long incarceration in the recent past. Thus, by calling on President Tinubu not to release Nnamdi Kanu, Dokubo has unwittingly delegitimized the generous amnesty granted him by late President Yar’Adua, affirmed and honored by former Presidents Jonathan and Buhari but yet to be affirmed and honored by President Tinubu. Finally, Dokubo should be minded that the matter of Nnamdi Kanu, even though capable of being addressed politically by President Tinubu, now lies before several courts of Nigeria, Kenya, Britain and two international tribunals, before whom several Lawyers are separately leading the legal efforts to undo the crushing injustice being levied against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and members of Indigenous People of Biafra. Thus, ending Nnamdi Kanu’s extant extrajudicial detention is capable of springing from a sound political decision of the President, because Nnamdi Kanu committed no crime. Conversely, his detention can also end with a faithful implementation of any of the victories he has garnered in Nigerian courts and the international community.
