He greets you all - the faithful, loyal and honest and he instructed me (as of Counsel) to tweet the following (in quotes): 1. “Any person or group of persons using my name, the name of IPOB or ESN in fundraising without my direct and express authorization is committing a crime with my name and I will deal with such person, regardless of his place of residence.” This is rubbish because IPOB or ESN is not a registered trade mark or service mark in Nigeria or abroad by IPOB or Nnamdi Kanu. As a lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor should have known this. Moreover, stopping people using the name “Nnamdi Kanu” is like stopping people using the name “Odumegwu Ojukwu.” And for the reason that Nnamadi Kanu is in prison the court will stop people or journalist to stop using the name. 2. “The details of the Economic Empowerment Day (EED) are very comprehensive and I will personally unveil such details once I am released.” Why don’t they channel all their energy in assisting to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu instead of devoting their time in devising the Economic Empowerment Day (EED). 3. “The idea of endless sit-at-home has been hijacked by our oppressors as a means of rendering our land desolate and forcing our people to migrate out of our lands. They have, through enforcing the sit-at-home in Southeast, gerrymandered Igboland to now exclude the Igbos in Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Kogi, Rivers, Edo, Delta and Benue.” I know Fulani have given them conditions they need to meet before Nnamdi Kanu is released and part of the condition is to stop sit-at-home. The same condition Fulani gave Igbo governors before being made Igbo president they must do this and that. Or give us land for Ruga and we do this or that for you but at the end nothing came out of it. 4. “I will never forgive any person or group of persons still insisting on and enforcing sit-at-home. I take it that such person is merely using my name to indirectly work against my release.” Well, let Nnamdi Kanu never forgive any person or group of persons still insisting on and enforcing sit-at-home at least they are protesting for him. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not yet the president or king of Biafra until such tile immensely conferred to him by Biafrans, thus they shouldn’t listen to him even if Fulani promises heaven on earth Igbo people or their leaders because these promises are fruitless. According to Mazi Simon Ekpa who responded to Barr Aloy Ejimakor by quoting that he should not: 1. From this date, he is hereby prohibited from using Biafra in his legal business dealings, as Biafra is not a company nor business. 2. He is hereby prohibited from interfering in anything Biafra, if he wants to do his legal business, do it but he must remove Biafra from it. This directive is coming from the office of the Prime Minister of the Biafra Government in Exile. The only legitimate government of Biafra. 3. He should tell the DSS that sent him that once they desist from interfering in Biafra affairs, that will automatically solve their problem. 4. If he is man enough, come to Finland and challenge me, he can as well hire a lawyer in Finland. 5. We have abolished economic empowerment day; it can only be coming from a criminal like him. 6. That before I took the oath, He mandated me to take over the struggle if anything happens to him, including using his name, a promise he fulfilled immediately he was kidnapped from Kenya by mandating me to take over the struggle from DSS dungeon. 4. That During this oath of allegiance, the illegitimate son called Kanunta and other siblings was not part of this agreement neither does the defunct and expelled criminals in DOS part of it. 5. That by virtue of the above and many more yet to be made public, in fulfilling my own part of the agreement, I will continue to use Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s name, picture anyhow I want until he is released. 6. That it is only me and myself that can decide to stop using it when I want. 7. So, when hiring the lawyer, make sure he or she is aware of the above fact because if he/she loses the case which is very certain, I will demand damages and compensation including paying my own legal fee. And knowing that those sending you are Nigeria government, I will instruct my lawyers to make legal fees of 100 thousand euros and above. This is my field and I am well grounded.
