Biafra: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; The Kenyan Government Has Committed An Extraordinary Rendition ■ Author: Chinonso Igwebuike Mbah ■ Twitter:@umuchiukwu ■ Date: 24th July 2021 It is sheer ignorance that makes the rat challenge the cat to a battle, the government of Kenya has proven to be the rat, and from the day they illegally abducted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they have set the stage for their destructive end, the volcanic anger of Biafrans will soon consume them, that in their next-generation they will never toy with the law of extraordinary rendition. The illegal kidnapped, torture, dehumanization and repatriation of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Kenyan government is an act of extraordinary rendition, it is an extraordinary rendition because it is a government-sponsored abduction, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has committed no crime against the Kenyan government and her people, he has committed no crime known to law anywhere in the world, and so do not deserve the inhumane treatment he suffered in their hands, the government of Kenya illegally kidnapped Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, kept him incommunicado for eight days without extradition trial, haven negotiated with the Nigerian government that placed hundred million naira bounty on him, he was smuggled into Nigeria where he will face a high risk of torture and abuse in interrogations, that singular act has proven to humanity that the Kenyan government has a high-level of human rights violations, they have violated the international law of extradition. For the avoidance of doubt, extraordinary rendition, also known as irregular rendition or forced rendition, is a government-sponsored abduction and extrajudicial transfer of a person from one country to another to circumvent the former country's laws on interrogation, detention, extradition or torture. The illegal abduction of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, which was carried out by the Kenyan and Nigerian governments, requires the intervention of the foreign governments, commonwealth of nations, the United States of America government, the United Nations and the British government whom Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is their citizen to prosecute the Kenyan and Nigerian governments in the ICC for the criminal conspiracy against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra. The United Nations, ICC and Amnesty International should investigate and prosecute the Kenyan government for the violation and abuse of the rights of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The government of Nigeria must be held responsible for sponsoring the kidnap, torture and extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; they must explain to the world how Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was abducted; this case must be taken seriously by United Nations to avoid a further occurrence in the future, the likes of President Uhuru Kenyatta and the Presidency of Muhammad Buhari must serve as a deterrent to other countries that may contemplate such in the future, these two renowned tyrannies are international kidnappers, they are a threat to democracy in Africa. The silence of the United Nations and other human rights organizations over this treacherous act is annoying, the U.N as a matter of urgency must rise to protect their constitution, the perpetrators of this heinous international crime must not go unpunished, the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) are asking for justice over the abduction of their leader. International human rights organizations around the globe should pressure the Nigerian government for the unconditional release from the DSS detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and demand the prosecution of the Kenyan government together with their Nigerian counterpart, justice to white people should be justice to black people, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu deserve nothing but justice from the United Nations, they should order for his unconditional release from the Nigerian DSS dungeon. #KenyaGovernmentCommittedExtraordinaryRendition #ProsecutePresidentUhuruKenyattaNow #FreeMaziNnamdiKanu #FreeBiafra Edited By Aguocha Chinwendum Published By Udeagha Obasi For Umuchiukwu Writers
