Written by Igbo Focus | 29th July 2023 It is a shame that the person everybody is fighting for would be the person that is asking everyone not to fight for him anymore. For Nnamdi Kanu to tell everyone or Simon Ekpa to stop sit-at-home means that Nnamdi Kanu wants everyone to forget about him. How can an innocent man we want to come out of prison tell us to stop fighting for him. I can remember from one of Nnamdi Kanu’s broadcasts informing everyone that if we don’t see him, we should do this and that or we know what to do. I can remember when sit-at-home started. It started when President Buhari will send soldiers to gun down innocent protesters. Even during the elections people are shot just by going to vote. Then many people were advised to stay in their own home instead of going out to protest or vote and get shot. The same tactics are used today to protest the release of Nnandi Kanu. After all the carrying about the sit-at-home controversy, one internet user tweet to say, “I just can’t fathom the rationale behind the idea in which everyone in the Nigeria want sit-at- home cancelled by fire by force; while overlooking the main issue for the sit-at-home!” Please, here is my question and of course my concern is “are we sure that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (MNK) is still alive?” Because it’s not making any more sense why they don’t want him to be released but rather want to silence that thing that is still making his name to be heard! However, relating to Simon Ekpa who said that Lawyer Aloy Ejimakor is just as bad as others. According to Ekpa, Ejimakor contacted him and tried to convince him to speak with Mbah, to end sit-at-home but he refused. Then after their meeting, he got the intel about their letter, which he sent to me to post, and I refused to post it. He claimed that I was desperate to speak with Mbah but here is my response to him after he typed the fake letter and I refused to post it. This distraction is not even necessary, we will not take order from DSS. I have said it on the 15th of February 2022 that we will not take order from the DSS. It means that Nigeria DSS is controlling Biafra, correctly said by Ekpa. In spite of all the happening, can Nnamdi Kanu come out unaccompanied and make his demands based on the court’s judgement in his case. Such person should be bold enough and speak truth to power by telling them to respect and obey the courts judgement that freed him. We are sick and tired of hearing from these negotiators going in and out of his prison enclosure. In agreement to one internet user who said that each time the Biafra struggle want to make a remarkable move the enemies will present to us FOOD. They will remind us of our suffering during Biafra war. It happened in 1970 why America was preparing to intervene the Biafran suffering, the enemies made sure to package Ohaukwu out of Biafra and ended the war, had it been that we dragged it a little bit more, by now we wouldn't have been agitating today. Now a mega shift has just happened and here they are again, never again, we will not back down on our sit-at-home order unless mazi Nnamdi Kanu is released, and he address Biafrans from Israel or Finland. And it looked like Simon Ekpa has just seen the letter which has been making round since yesterday. Ekpa stated: “Our attention has been drawn to the fake letter from the pit of hell being paraded by @SaharaReporters and other Nigeria media claiming that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu wrote a letter. It is not only a joke but an insult taking too far that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra is being misrepresented in this way. As the Prime Minister of Biafra under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, I call on all Biafrans to disregard the fake letter coming from DSS. We can’t take any order from the Islamic DSS and that is final. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must be released, and he must address Biafrans from Finland. That is the condition of the Prime Minister of Biafra and the Biafra Republic Government In Exile.”
