Fellow Biafrans, the tragedy that befall us today Sunday 10th September 2017 is quite painful but we must all be more aware that the Nigeria government has one mission to accomplish in this their mission....and that's TO TAG IPOB A TERRORIST GROUP, because that's the ONLY WAY to Truncate the effort of IPOB even before the international community... And as things stands now, they stands to archive their plans IF they succeed in forcing us into Arms struggling....
As it stands now, the most difficult thing now is to withstand this mayhem without bearing weapons.... AND THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND THIS IS THE BIRTH OF BIAFRA..... the world is already watching. Those who has insight over what I'm saying knows that NIGERIA GOVERNMENT IS ON A LAST FIGHT!!!!! AND THEY HAVE BEEN FAILLING, AND WILL CONTINUE TO FAIL.... LET'S REMEMBER THE WORDS OF OUR LEADER OHAMADIKE; HE SAID THAT WE WILL NOT SHOT A BULLET AND WE MUST HAVE BIAFRA. I write this with a heavy heart because the cross is not a simple one but I REJOICE IN ALL THINGS BECAUSE OUR LIBATION IS CLOSER THAN EVER EXPECTED....ALL HAIL BIAFRA
What is Nigerian Army officers doing around the compound of Nnamdi Kanu in the first place? It is a matter of law that even if the Federal High Court, Abuja presided over by Justice Binta Nyako decided to overrule itself by unlawfully revoking the bail it granted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it is not still Nigerian Army that has the constitutional powers to go for the arrest unless the police reported to the court a fierce resistance of arrest by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the Army become drafted. But for now, such occasion has not arise between Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Nigerian Federal High Court to warrant military invasion. So, it is pure assassination attempt or act of terrorism from Nigerian Army on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Todays attack at Umuahia was an attempted assassination of the leader of Biafran people Nnamdi Kanu, who is also a British dual citizen on bail. We also need to know which country supplied these armored vehicles and weapons used today in Nigeria to assassinate Biafrans, as that country is also an accomplice in the crimes against Biafrans. We need full information for example what excuse did they give for this armed attack, as the world needs to know this is a clear provocation of war what else do you call moving tanks into a town of innocent unarmed people.

On September 10, 2017, Nigerian government planned a failed assassination attempt on the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in his compound at Isiama Afara-Ukwu Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia state in Biafraland. Considering this assassination attempt on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, which the Nigerian Army is presently denying because the attempt to force themselves into Kanu's compound was resisted by IPOB members available in front of the compound; and I ask is that not a clear plan of terrorism?
What is Nigerian Army officers doing around the compound of Nnamdi Kanu?
It is very unfortunate that Nigerian Army had become agency of assassination and terrorism in a pseudo-democratic Nigeria. Nigerian Army has completely lost value before the world as it has been turned into killing machine of civilian population, and latest at the command of Nigerian government to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu with view of ending Biafra agitation. However, the Indigenous People of Biafra worldwide are calling on the civilized world to ask Nigerian government what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu did wrong in the eyes of both local laws, regional charters and international conventions to warrant an assassination attempt or terrorist attack on him.
Nigerian government has Boko Haram terrorists in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states which is threatening Nigeria as a country but that is not bothering Nigerian government at all. All the military hardware that Nigerian government and its Army should deploy to fight against Boko Haram terrorists in Northern Nigeria have been transferred to Biafra land with a secret plan to use same to intimidate Biafrans into complete conquest and ultimately assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
What baffles and continue to baffle IPOB worldwide under the supreme command of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is why Nigerian government is committing such heinous crimes against humanity in a broad daylight with International community lacking diplomatic will, power and persuasion to caution Nigerian government and bring the principal officers of the government to justice. There is no type of heinous crime which Nigerian government has not committed against Biafrans who are only lawfully struggling to restore their lost political sovereignty as a people. But instead of the anticipated warning to Nigerian government over its excesses in lawlessness, Western world countries such as United States are being rumoured of selling arms and fighter jets to Nigerian government against the principle of Leahy law in United States of America.
One question that has to be asked to the civilized world is, has Biafrans not endured all manner of evils enough in the hand of Nigerian government? Had it been that civilian Biafrans were not available to resist Nigerian Army terrorist officers from gaining entrance into the compound of Nnamdi Kanu, may be by now, Nigeria would had gone into flames because the Nigerian Army terrorist officers would have assassinated Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. It is obvious that Nigerian government had lost the legal battle with IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as a person in the court of law both in Nigerian Federal High Court and ECOWAS Court and thereby has chosen to take the route of extra-judicial move to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu through the instrumentality of the military siege in Biafra Land.
However, IPOB worldwide want the world to caution Nigerian government over the dangerous move which it is making at the moment because any attempt to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu is an attempt to assassinate over 80 million Biafrans who are at his command and ready to die for him.
Nigerian Army officers who invaded the compound of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on September 10, 2017 can testify that Biafrans are ready to die for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as three IPOB members were shot by Nigerian Army, yet, it does not deter the armless civilians from denying the lawless hoodlums called soldiers entrance into the compound.
In conclusion, Nigerian government should stop going outside the law in its case with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu through the present assassination attempt left and right but sustains the legal battle with Mazi Kanu in the court because it will save Nigerian government irreparable loss of lives, property and other resources to win Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB inside court than winning them in the battle field.
A word is enough for the wise!

The convener of the Niger Delta Self-Determination Movement (NDSDM), Mrs Annkio Briggs also condemns the invasion of the Nigerian Army into the home of the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) yesterday, saying that invading Namdi Kanus home is not the dead for the call of Biafra Nation by Igbos.
I doubt if the MNK that visited with me can be broken by the invasion of his home, & the killing of the unarmed Igbo youths.
If the Nigeria Army that can’t defeat nkpokoro Boko Haram have found their strength in the terrorizing and killing of unarmed Igbo people, it does not mean the call for their own nation is dead.
Killing the messenger never kills a message whose time have come.
FREEDOM, LIBERTY, EQUITY, JUSTICE,RESOURCE OWNERSHIP, FEDERALISM, RESTRUCTURING, REFERENDUM, EVEN SESSION, the collective calls of the IGBOS, YORUBAS, MIDDLE BELT AND ALL THE ETHNIC NATIONALITIES OF THE NIGER DELTA, it is clear in desperation the cabal have decided to destroy itself.
When l first came to know about MNK l refered to him as my son, and spoke up for him when he was arrested.
Attacking and terrorizing unarmed people of the only Living God may deceive the cabal hijacked FG of Nigeria to think they are strong but they are the weakest of all the governments since 1914.
May the souls of all the murdered RIP.

The Nigerian army has reacted to the alleged invasion of the residence of Nnamdi Kanu of the Indigenous People of Biafra by its men where five persons lost their lives.
Report had it on Sunday that military men, who had stormed Kanu’s home with an armoured vehicle, were resisted by some members of the pro-Biafra group, killing five persons and injuring others.
Reacting to the report via a statement obtained by DAILY POST Sunday night, Major Oyegoke Gbadamosi, Assistant Director Army Public Relations, 14 Brigade Nigerian Army, said Nigerian army officials were not behind the attack.
His statement reads in full.
“The attention of 14 Brigade Nigerian Army has been drawn to fictitious news going round especially on the social media that troops have invaded the home of Nnamdi Kanu and killed 3 persons.
“This is far from the truth. Rather, it was a group of suspected IPOB militants that blocked the road against troops of 145 Battalion while on show of force along FMC-Word Bank Road in Umuahia town, Abia State at about 6.00-6.30pm, today.
“They insisted that the military vehicles would not pass and started pelting the soldiers with stones and broken bottles to the point of injuring an innocent female passerby and a soldier, Corporal Kolawole Mathew.
“The troops fired warning shots in the air and the hoodlooms dispersed. No life was lost.
“Therefore, the public are kindly enjoined to disregard the rumours going round and the fictitious photographs of purported victims of attack. Both the soldier and the innocent female passerby have been evacuated to the unit’s Medical Inspection Room and are receiving treatment.
“We would like to use this opportunity to warn mischief makers threatening the peace and security of the country through falsehood such as above.
“Members of the public are please requested to go about their lawful business and report any suspicious activity to the nearest police station or security outfit.”

Umuahia. They said. We said.
Who is right?
Who is wrong?
That has never been and will never be the issue for me. The issue for me is this utterly reprehensible idea of the military and their tanks in civilian spaces.
I have written about it in English. I have written about it in Pidgin. I have used every conceivable Nigerian way and manner of communication to get people to understand that it is not normal. You cannot use soldiers and their tanks for routine law enforcement. Even in Iraq and Afghanistan, there is still law enforcement by police.
How can the Nigerian military issue a statement and claim that she was conducting a routine “show of force” in a civilian street?
I am sorry for those who continue to find every excuse – Kanu is a very tempting excuse I admit – to countenance, tolerate, justify, explain, and rationalize the continuous occupation and violation of civilian spaces by the military nearly 20 years into democracy. You belong in a confederacy of aberration that is preventing Nigeria from coming into the 21st century.
Sadly, our compatriots of this persuasion have the support of some very obstreperous diaspora enablers who have never seen a military uniform in civilian space in decades but continue to find reasons to justify such assaults on civilian spaces in their Fatherland.
Even the regularity with which one reads statements from the Nigerian military would be a very serious issue if we had close to 15% civic consciousness in our society. They are always injecting themselves into symbolic civilian spaces of meaning. Two danfo conductors will fight in Lagos, the army will issue a statement. Five market women will fight in Ibadan, the army will issue a statement. Secondary school boys will riot in Sokoto, the army will issue a statement.
There is always a statement from the army urging Nigerians to ignore this and that and go about their normal business. Are you law enforcement? Here is how the Abia Police Commissioner explained the incident to Premium Times:
“What happened was that the military was parading a new armoured carrier and passed through Nnamdi Kanu’s residence.”
The military was parading a new armoured carrier in Umuahia? When did the streets of Umuahia become an Army training range? Even the police commissioner has functioned in this aberrant, bastardized environment for so long that he doesn’t even know that his men ought to be enabled – via better training, better equipment, etc – to carry out the duties he is reporting to Premium Times.
The National War College used to invite Political Science Professors and other social scientists in our Universities to teach classes. I remember many UI Professors used to go and teach yonder. Have they stopped the practice?
In a situation where the majority of the people can be relied upon to continue to justify the aberration of the military in civilian spaces because they have been battered psychologically for too long, the only other option is to take the disciplines of the Humanities and the social sciences to the soldiers.
Education is still the only solution.

The lawyer to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has accused the Nigerian military misleading the public on the shoot out at the residence of Nnamdi Kanu on Sunday, September 10.
Ifeanyi Ejiofor in a statement said the military's claim that members of the IPOB had blocked the road along World Bank in Umuahia while troops of the 145 Battalion was on a show of force is false.
"It is the erroneous but most misleading position of the military, that Troops from 145 Battalion was on show of force along FMC work Bank Road in Umuahia town, Abia state, when the road was purportedly blocked by people they referred to as hoodlums," Ejiofor said.
Raising questions on the military claims, Ejiofor also said the Nigerian troops had no business carrying out such exercise at his client's residence.
"How can military show of force exercise begin from Nnamdi Kanu's residence?
"Can exercise of such a sensitive and far reaching security implication be extended to Nnamdi Kanu's residence at the time of the day?
"Can they explain what lead to shooting innocent and unarmed people using life bullet? My simple answer to the foregoing, is that the military hierarchy is being economical/conservative with the truth, of their real motive?" Ejiofor asked.
He also said that anybody familiar with the terrain and topography of Nnamdi Kanu's residence knows that it is not a convenience place for such military exercise.
Ejiofor said: "There are established conventional routes within Umuahia and it's environs, convenient for the most touted show of force."
"It is possible that they were unable to actualize their deadly mission of hitting at my client because of prompt alert, but not without recording monumental casualties. It's not impossible that they may be strategising on plan B, all targeted towards our client's possible elimination.
"Federal Government arrested my client client in October 2015 and consequently detained him for unreasonable length of time without trial, despite several court orders that directed for his unconditional release.
"Due to their inability to open their case on account of unavailability of witnesses, they are now doing everything within their state powers to eliminate my client at all cost and by any means.
"We still reiterate that the Buhari led administration and his trigger happy soldiers led by Chief of Army staff will be held responsible if anything happen to my client (Nnamdi Kanu).
"Let the world be watching us, as they progress with their Pyton dance in Afaraukwu ibeku. We have initiated legal processes towards challenging these dastardly acts in court. In no distance time, we will have a date with them in court. They can't go unpunished this time. Law must take its full course."
NAIJ.com earlier reported that the IPOB leader accused the military of plotting to kill him.
Kanu in a recent statement after the military invasion of his residence said the Nigerian Army was engaging in a crude show of power on 'innocent and defenceless people of Biafra".
He also urged all members of IPOB to remain calm amid the crisis between the group and the military in Umuahia.

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has condemed the raid on Nnamdi Kanu’s home by the officers of the Nigerian Army on Sunday.
Fani-Kayode called for restraint and an end to the “unprecedented violence”.
He tweeted: “I condemn the raid on Nnamdi Kanu’s home by the army. I call for restraint and I deplore the unprecedented violence that is being employed.
“3 people have been killed by the military and 20 wounded in their raid on Nnamdi Kanu’s home. This is wicked, barbaric and unacceptable. STOP!”
The Army allegedly invaded the home of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), barely 24 hours after it announced the start of its second phase of Operation Python Dance II in the South-Eastern states.
DAILY POST, however, gathered that the military personnel, who stormed Kanu’s home with an armoured vehicle were resisted by some members of the pro-Biafra group.
Some IPOB were reportedly shot in the process.
According to the spokesman of IPOB, Emma Powerful, about five youths were killed and about 30 were injured.

Turkish Ambassador, Abdulkadir Erkahraman reacts to the alleged shoot-out at IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu's residence.
The Turkish diplomat says the Nigerian government wants to push Biafrans to arm struggle.
Abdulkadir Erkahraman who is a Turkish diplomat has reacted to the reports that the country home of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was allegedly invaded by soldiers.
The diplomat who was the first international emissary to visit Nnamdi Kanu in Nigeria in a post on his Facebook page on Sunday, September 10, said the Nigerian government is crossing the red line and wants to push Biafrans to arm struggle.
He wrote: "Nigerian army is crossing the red line. Army Invade Nnamdi Kanu's Home, Kill 3 people and injured many.
The Nigerian government wants to PUSH Biafrans to arm struggle! Self defense is allowed in international law.
We already sent the live video to Turkish Government TV TRT, CNN and local Tv Channels and international media.
They can't stop Biafra Nation with this kind of dirty games. Time to be together Biafra Nation.
The Nigerian government wants to PUSH Biafrans to arm struggle!
Right now states that operatives of the Nigeria Army under Operation Python Dance II have invaded the home of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's in Umuahia, Abia State.
There is no doubt that the present deployment of troops to the South East is to haunt for my client and possibly eliminate him. Let the whole world know that if anything untoward happen to Leader of IPOB, that president Buhari and his Chief of Army Staff should be held responsible by the international Community."
NAIJ.com previously reported that soldiers allegedly from the Nigerian army reportedly laid a siege on the country home of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader Nnamdi Kanu in Umuahia.
This allegation was contained in a statement issued by the Kanu's lawyer.
According to Kanu's lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the military had on Sunday, September 10, shot sporadically into the air through which 3 people have been reported dead and over 20 injured.

“The Sunday’s reported bloody clash between soldiers and civilians in Umuahia, Abia state capital is indeed traumatic and completely unacceptable.
“I have read, severally, the press statement from the Nigeria Army and that of the Nigeria police in their attempts to rationalize the violence. Assuming, but not conceding that all they have said is true, there are still evidential wrongs against the people by the security team.
“First, there is no such thing as ‘show of force’ in a peaceful part of our country. It is a provocative taunt and insult thrown at the face of the elected, appointed and anointed leaders as well as the people themselves.
“When you taunt and mock a people because you control instruments of brute force, yes, you can arrest, humiliate, handcuff, maim, imprison or even shoot and kill them at will, but then, you cannot kill the spirit of their struggle and resistance. Provocative and brute show of force does not hold the answers.
“Moreover, we are in a democracy and actions as these are at complete variance with the tenets and credentials of a democratic state. The security forces should not under any guise whatsoever be used or allow themselves to be seen as being used as political weapon on a people.
“The military high command should therefore not stretch the nation to the limits. It should forthwith withdraw soldiers from the streets, except if truly the intention is to intimidate the people. On our own part, we should all continue to advice our people to remain peaceful and continue to be law-abiding at all times.
I want to advice NNAMDI Kanu this morning. You should continue with the agitation for self determination with more decorum. And must from now on be more circumspect. You should totally stop any insults either collectively or personally on the people of the whole Southern, Nigeria, and induct your members to follow suit.. And please never act dumb into being pressurized by the aggression of the Buhari hating government towards IPOB, or the killing of innocent Igbo youths who are agitating peacefully for self determination in going militant or underground. Please do not carry arms, don't throw stones, don't use sticks, just use your mouth. There is power in the tongue. It is more potent and allowed. That is a right for free speech Any body accusing you of felony should go to court. It is only a court of the land that have the right to judge. You have the right to agitate for the rights of your people. This evil regime of Buhari want to pressurize you and your non violent members to become violent so that they can show their venom on Igbos the way they did to the Niger Delta and the North East of Nigeria. You should continue to be steadfast, strong and resolute either out of prison or inside prison on this agitation. You will finally, at the end, win this agitation for self determination for the people of Ndigbo.
I am a Yoruba man, I do not like what they are doing to Igbo People...
Nigeria has never fought any of its four neighbours, be it Benin Republic, Niger Republic, Chad or Cameroon. But presently, the Hausa/Fulani's military men are killing the Igbo people in their own fatherland.
It is really unfortunate that the Yoruba nation and her people fund the Nigeria's military and the intelligence agencies, but under the command and control of the Hausa/Fulani people.
The Hausa/Fulani is currently killing the Igbo in their own homeland not because they are powerful, but more because they are in charge of the following offices:
1. Muhammadu Buhari, a Fulani, is the head of the Nigeria Council of State.
2. Arab Yadam, a Fulani, is the head of the National Intelligence Agency.
3. Mamman Daura, a Fulani, is the head of the Department of State Security Services.
4. Avdulraham Dambazzau, a Fulani, is the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
5. Ibrahim Idris, a Fulani, is the Inspector General of Police.
6. Tukur Buratai, a Fulani, is the head of the Nigerian Army.
7. Sadique Abubakar, a Gambari, is the head of the Nigerian Airforce.
8. MS Usman, a Fulani, is the head of the Defence Intelligence Agency.
9. Mohammed Moguru, a Fulani, is the National Security Adviser.
10. Musa Yusuf, a Gambari, is the head of the Brigade of Guard.
11. Ibrahim Magu, a Fulani, is the head of EFCC.
12. Mohammed Babandede, a Gambari, is the head of the Nigeria Immigration Service.
13. Hammed Ali, a Fulani, is the head of the Nigeria Customs Service.
14. Ja'afaru Ahmed, a Gambari, is the head of the Nigeria Prison Service.
15. Abdullahi Muhammadu, a Gambari, is the head of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence.
Nigerian government should stop pussyfooting and conduct referendum
Someone should go and tell Nigerian government to try another pattern. Currently, these methods they are using is old fashioned. Any day Biafrans will pick up arms against Nigerian government we shall make it open to the world.
Go and google our history, we don’t run away from battle. Nigerian government is trying to push us to the wall. Those individuals who are whispering and advising this current government are pushing this to the limit of no return.
God is our witness, we shall return it the way they want it. IPOB is peaceful and Nigerian government should not force arms on us because it will not do anyone good! The world should caution Nigerian government to halt this blackmail against IPOB or the consequences will be severe.
We are not afraid of war, our peaceful disposition and approach should not be seen as cowardice. We are following international democratic footprint in pursuing our dream. IPOB is armless and will continue to be. Nigerian government should desist from this blackmail. IPOB is only asking the government to set a date for a referendum. This forceful marriage is not working and there is nothing anyone can do to make it work. The love we have for Nigeria is dead and buried, allow us to go in peace. #BiafraReferendum
